He has helped clients throughout the world navigate the intricacies of financial reporting on international projects.  He has worked with construction companies of all sizes and understands the importance of timely and accurate financial reporting under the percentage of completion method of accounting, and how it affects his clients’ relationship with their bonding company.  Mr. Torres is frequently called upon by his clients to assist in the structuring of complex real-estate matters and works closely with his clients to provide continuing advisory services throughout the life of a project.   Mr. Torres and his team have traveled extensively throughout Central and South America, and understand the challenges that many companies face when operating in these areas.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mr. Torres graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in 1999, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University (FSU) in 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association. Mr. Torres has given educational speeches on construction and real estate accounting matters, and recently gave a speech on industry trends for social media as part of the firm’s social media expansion.

Mr. Torres fishes in Florida’s beautiful waters during his free time. He also plays golf and enjoys hiking with his family. A Seminole fan married to a fellow ‘Nole, Mr. Torres is known to drive on occasion to watch the Seminoles play football in Tallahassee.
