Joshua “Josh” S. Rader is Partner of Assurance & Advisory Services at the firm, an experienced auditor, and an integral member of the litigation support team. He has a keen understanding of business systems and processes, and an extensive grasp of taxation, fraud, financial forensics and matters related to valuations, determining damages, and calculations of lost profits.
Josh is responsible for overseeing the firm’s audit and assurance practice. As an experienced auditor and integral member of the litigation support team, Josh has a keen understanding of business systems and processes, and an extensive grasp of taxation, fraud, financial forensics and matters related to valuations, determining damages, and calculations of lost profits. His litigation services areas include domestic and international matters, real estate, construction hospitality, CIRAs, and manufacturing.
As an auditor and with extensive experience in understanding business systems and processes, Josh has provided invaluable support in the areas of financial forensics and fraud matters.

A native of Miami, Josh earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in 2003. Josh went on to earn a master’s degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University in 2005. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Forensic Accounting (CRFAC). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active member of the University of Miami Citizens Board.

Josh enjoys being active in his community. He is a Past President for the Dave & Mary Alper Jewish Community Center. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Josh also enjoys running marathons, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
