Monte S. Gordon is Tax Services Director for Appelrouth Farah & Co. He has over 40 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant with broad knowledge in all tax strategies and planning for corporations, partnerships, individuals and trusts.
Monte has extensive experience dealing with international tax matters including immigration planning, expatriation, FIRPTA, offshore voluntary disclosure and structuring investments. He also has expertise in matrimonial issues relating to pension valuations and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). Before joining Appelrouth Farah & Co., Monte was a tax partner with Cherry Bekaert, one of the top 50 CPAS firms.
Monte graduated from Emory University in 1973 with a BBA and has an MBA from Florida State University.

Surround yourself with bright, honest and hardworking people and don’t be afraid to delegate things. Also try to learn something new each day.
Activities of Interest:
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with family, especially the grandkids. Hopefully, in the not to distant future he will be able to shoot his age at golf.
