Nicholas L. Landera is a Litigation and Valuation Services Manager. He assists with all aspects of commercial litigation, valuation and family law matters, including investigations, economic damage calculations, lost profits and personal injury cases.
Nick has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and litigation support. His standout quality is the ability to manage a complicated case and effectively deliver results through meaningful yet straightforward strategies and reporting.
Project management and preparation for complex commercial litigation matters are a significant component of Nick’s duties. He is dedicated to solving unusual and non-traditional challenges, most of which are unique to the individual needs of a particular case or client. He adds value to the litigation support process with a fresh perspective and innovative approach.
Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and Georgia, as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and an Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the National Association of Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA).
Nick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Miami in 2007 and has continued his education, most recently earning a Graduate Certificate in Risk, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering from the University of South Florida.
Nick enjoys being active in his community and spending time with his family and friends. He’s an active runner, most recently finishing the Chicago Marathon while raising funds for the American Cancer Society. He also enjoys traveling, golfing and is a proud supporter of the Miami Hurricanes.
